When a system reaches capacity, symptoms are logical signals. We look past the signal to the architecture of what is causing your stress.

This approach is analytical and emotionally honest. It involves tracing current relational or professional patterns back to their original source—often to establish early development or family history—to understand how they are being recreated in the present.
Sustainable Capacity
The goal isn’t just a temporary feeling of relief. By understanding the ”underlying dynamics” and “internal frameworks” of your life, you build a larger internal capacity. This allows for a reorganization of the self that makes your way of living more integrated and sustainable.
